All orders of merchandise over $100.00 include free standard shipping within the continental United States. For shipping outside the continental United States, please contact us by email or telephone for information on costs. For orders under $100.00, the following shipping and handling charges, based on total weight of the order, apply:

All returns or exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact customer service, either by email to info@DogTiredPetBeds.com, or by calling toll free at 1-877-432-3425, to obtain an RA# and instructions regarding where to return the item. Please do not return merchandise to the address on the package. Returns and exchanges must be in unused and re-sellable condition and include original packaging. Items returned in used condition or without original packaging will incur a restocking fee of $5.00 or 15%, whichever is greater.

Except in the case of a defect in the merchandise or an error in the order, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the item was shipped free, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to Dog Tired Pet Beds. Exchanges will also incur additional shipping charges to send the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to a defect in the merchandise or an error in the order.

While we try to ensure that all merchandise is available at the time of the sale, there may be occasions when an item is out of stock. If the item ordered is found to be unavailable at the time the order is placed, we will notify you and make every effort to get the item to you as soon as possible. If the item will become available within 48 hours, your order will be held until it is back in stock. If it will be longer than 48 hours, we will notify you of your options.

If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us by email or phone within 48 hours. Please retain all packaging as it may be necessary to file a claim with the shipping company. If the item is defective, please contact us and we will either replace the item or refund your money.
